Personal Health Coaching

Service Description

In these coaching sessions, we will address present health concerns and review all health systems: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and set your health care goals. With the results from your health assessment, recommendations will be made for potential lifestyle and dietary changes. You will receive complementary and alternative medical treatment offerings and referrals to other healthcare practitioners to support desired personal health goals.
