How do I get in touch with you?

Please call us Monday thru Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at 831-854-7599. We can also be reached via email at admin@integrativenursesnetwork.com.
What is your Cancellation policy?

If you cannot keep your appointment please notify us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time or you will be charged via your credit card or debit card on file. No-show appointments will be charged $75.00. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder of your appointment via phone, email, or text according to your preference.
What can you tell me about appointments?

First appointment: Please fill out all forms and consent prior to your appointment. These documents will be available for you to fill out once you have set up your patient portal. An email invitation to create your portal will be sent to you after your initial consultation appointment is scheduled. Please check in 30 minutes prior to the appointment time if you have not completed your new patient forms via your patient portal. Any research requested by the patient is considered billable and will be charged at an hourly rate. The hourly rate is $100.00. Nurse Consult time is billed at $30.00 for every 15 minutes.
Are IVs' expensive?

IV Therapy is a premium service that benefits your body's performance by improving its function. When you compare the price against the returns, IV Therapy is seen as more than worth it. Our IV treatments include: -Hydration therapy -Reduce inflammation and pain in joints, muscles, and tendons -Improve circulation and lymphatic function (the removal of toxins) -Increase energy levels and reduce fatigue and much more
Can INN write me a prescription?

Yes, however for new prescriptions, an appointment is needed. An administrative fee of $85 will be added to the cost of your Rx.
What if I need care on a day when INN is not open?

We understand that there may be occasions when a patient requires our services outside of our regular business hours. We are more than happy to accommodate such requests, but please note that there will be an additional fee associated with having a nurse come in on a day OR time that falls outside of our standard operating hours. The fee is $60.00 per hour.
What are your hours of operation?

We see patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. With additional treatment times upon request.
What are your fee and payment policies?

Payment is due at the time of service and a credit card or debit card is needed to schedule your appointment, as this time is set aside for you. Please discuss any fee questions with our front desk staff before your appointment so you know what to expect. Consultations: Payment must be received prior to the start of all New Patients consultations and follow-up consultations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, check*, and PayPal. *Yes, we gladly accept check payments. Please note, however, that checks must be provided at the time of service. We are unable to accept checks through mail. When you present your check, we will process it right away for your convenience. We also offer payment plans upon approval. Please contact us for more details. Lab testing is a separate fee. Please inquire within.
Does INN take insurance?

INN does not take insurance however a superbill can be provided after each visit for you to submit out-of-network reimbursement which may or may not be accepted based on your insurance.

Does Integrative Nurses Network conduct LABs?

Absolutely! At Integrative Nurses Network (INN), we understand the critical role lab tests play in your healthcare journey. We're pleased to offer a comprehensive array of lab services, including Complete Blood Counts (CBC), Mediator Release Tests (MRT), and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), among many others. Here’s how it works: If you already have a primary care provider, fabulous! They can order the necessary labs for you, and you can choose INN as the place to have your blood draw and specimen collection done. It’s a seamless process designed to fit easily into your healthcare routine. The cost for most blood draws is $85.00. If you don’t have a primary care provider, No worries at all! We’re here to ensure you’re not left navigating your health path alone. You can officially come on board as a patient of the Integrative Nurses Network. This way, we’re able to order certain labs for you directly. We’ll also take the time to sit down and go through the results with you, painting a full picture of what they mean for your health.
What if I am not a patient of INN , can you still review labs that I have?

Yes, we can! Should you require a lab review, we offer this service at $125.00, which includes a comprehensive 15-minute discussion to go through the findings with you. Please note: More complex lab results (e.g., genetic testing, advanced metabolic panels) may require more time and expertise, increasing the cost. Please let us know what labs you would like reviewed for an exact price.
